We are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Job Material Runner to join our team and contribute to the excellence our clients have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing materials.
• Ensure warehouse areas remain clean, organized, and safe.
• Prepare and load materials for transport to job sites.
• Deliver supplies and materials to job locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and material distribution.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the needs of shop and operations personnel as directed.
• Transport equipment to new job starts and retrieve materials from completed jobs.
• Organize and prepare materials for both interior and exterior job starts.
• Charge materials off to back of work slips and finalize job-related material charges upon project completion.
• Perform general shop and office cleanup tasks.
• Inspect and maintain trucks, including checking and refilling oil and gas as needed.
• Monitor and refill gas for power washers as necessary.

• Previous experience in a warehouse or construction-related setting is a plus.
