At Benner & Sons safety is of the utmost importance. Employees will adhere to all company and industry safety rules, regulations, and policies. We conduct mandatory safety meetings each month so our employees can stay up to date on all facets of industry safety. We also conduct onsite, project specific job box talks at the onset of each job.
Benner & Sons is a lead certified firm. Federal law requires all renovation, repair, and painting firms (including sole proprietorships) working in housing, or facilities where children are routinely present, built before 1978, to be certified. Firm certification is a key requirement to ensure the training of individuals and the use of lead-safe work practices.
